[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3972F IDOX PLC 27 July 2016 \n\n27 July 2016\n \nIDOX plc\n \nExercise of Options, Movement of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights\n \nIdox plc (the \"Company\") announces that on 27 July 2016 it transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options granted to an employee under the terms of the Company's EMI Scheme. \n \nFollowing the transfer, the Company's total issued share capital is unchanged at 364,012,063 Ordinary Shares and the Company now holds 2,991,219 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
