[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1994A IDOX PLC 17 January 2020 \n\nIdox Plc\n \nDirectors' Dealings & Holdings in Company\nIdox plc (LSE:IDOX, \"Company\" or \"Idox\") received notification on 15 January 2020 from Kestrel Partners LLP (\"Kestrel\") that on 14 January 2020 it transferred, on behalf of a discretionary client, 105,720 ordinary shares of 1p each (\"Shares\") in the Company from accounts managed by Kestrel to the client's broker accounts. This transfer by Kestrel was made at the request of the client and there is no change in ultimate beneficial ownership. The notification also included the matters set out below.\nMr Scott, a non-executive director of Idox, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel.
