[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9250R IDOX PLC 20 June 2018 \n\n20 June 2018\nIdox plc\n \n('Idox' or the 'Group' or the 'Company')\n \nChange of Auditor\n \nIdox plc, a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Deloitte LLP (\"Deloitte\") as the Company's auditor with effect from 19 June 2018 following the resignation of Grant Thornton UK LLP (\"Grant Thornton\") on 14 June 2018. This is further to the announcement on 29 May 2018, signalling the intention to appoint Deloitte. \n \nIn accordance with section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a communication will shortly be sent to shareholders of the Company for information only in relation to the statutory statement received from Grant Thornton in connection with its resignation as the Company's auditor.
