(\"\n \n\n IDEX\n \n\n \" or the\n\"\n \n\n Company\n \n\n \") (TSXV: IDEX) is pleased to announce\n \n\n that it has engaged the services of ICP Securities Inc.\n(“\n \n\n ICP\n \n\n ”)\n \n\n to provide automated market making\nservices, including use of its proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium™,\nin compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture\nExchange and other applicable legislation. ICP will be paid a monthly\nfee of C$7,500, plus applicable taxes. The agreement between the\nCompany and ICP was signed with a start date of July 9, 2025, and is\nfor four (4) months (the “Initial Term”) and may be extended by\nmutual agreement of the parties. There are no performance factors\ncontained in the agreement and no stock options or other compensation\nin connection with the engagement. ICP and its clients do not hold any\nsecurities of the Company but may acquire an interest in the\nsecurities of the Company in the future.\n \n\n\n\n ICP is an arm’s length party to the Company. ICP’s\nmarket making activity will be primarily to correct temporary\nimbalances in the supply and demand of the Company’s shares.
