(\"\n \n\n IDEX\n \n\n \" or the \"\n \n\n Company\n \n\n \") (TSXV:\nIDEX) is pleased to announce that under the Company’s omnibus equity\nincentive plan dated May 30, 2025 (the “\n \n\n Plan\n \n\n ”), the Company\nhas granted a total of 3,150,000 stock options (“\n \n\n Options\n \n\n ”) and\n650,000 restricted share units (“\n \n\n RSUs\n \n\n ”) to certain\ndirectors, officers and consultants of the Company.\n \n\n\n\n Each Option is exercisable for one common share of the\nCompany at an exercise price of $0.50 per share for a period of five\nyears from the grant date. 25% of the Options granted will vest every\nsix months following the date of the grant until the date that is two\nyears following the date of the grant.  All RSUs vest at 50% after 12\nmonths from the date of grant and 25% every six months thereafter,\nfully vesting on June 25, 2027.
