(Nasdaq:ICUI), a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of innovative medical products, today announced financial results for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2025. Third Quarter 2025 Results Third quarter 2025 revenue was $537.0 million, as compared to $589.1 million in the same period in the prior year. GAAP gross profit for the third quarter of 2025 was $200.9 million, as compared to $204.9 million in the same period in the prior year. GAAP gross margin for the third quarter of 2025 was 37%, as compared to 35% in the same period in the prior year. GAAP net loss for the third quarter of 2025 was $(3.4) million, or $(0.14) per diluted share, as compared to GAAP net loss of $(33.0) million, or $(1.35) per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted diluted earnings per share for the third quarter of 2025 was $2.03 as compared to $1.59 for the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $105.9 million for the third quarter of 2025 as compared to $94.8 million for the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA and adjusted diluted earnings per share are measures calculated and presented on the basis of methodologies other than in accordance with GAAP.
