(Nasdaq:ICUI), a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of innovative medical products, today announced financial results for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2025. First Quarter 2025 Results First quarter 2025 revenue was $604.7 million, as compared to $566.7 million in the same period in the prior year. GAAP gross profit for the first quarter of 2025 was $210.1 million, as compared to $185.2 million in the same period in the prior year. GAAP gross margin for the first quarter of 2025 was 35%, as compared to 33% in the same period in the prior year. GAAP net loss for the first quarter of 2025 was $(15.5) million, or $(0.63) per diluted share, as compared to GAAP net loss of $(39.5) million, or $(1.63) per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024. Adjusted diluted earnings per share for the first quarter of 2025 was $1.72 as compared to $0.96 for the first quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $99.4 million for the first quarter of 2025 as compared to $78.8 million for the first quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA and adjusted diluted earnings per share are measures calculated and presented on the basis of methodologies other than in accordance with GAAP.
