This revised set is now to be considered the statutory accounts of Iconic Labs PLC for that year.\n \nThey have been prepared as at the date of the original annual report and not as at the date of this revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates.\n \nThe original set of accounts had assumed that £665,000 of trade creditors had been written off in the year. This was not the case and as a result, the Trade and Other Payables balance within current liabilities has been revised upwards by this amount. In addition, Note 11 to the annual accounts regarding the Company's share capital has been updated to reflect the sub-division of ordinary shares that took place in February 2024. \n \nThe Chief Executive Officer's Report and the Corporate Governance Report have been updated to reflect the termination of the proposed reverse takeover of I...
