Iconic Labs Plc announced that all seven resolutions, including the adoption of the financial year ended 30 June 2025 accounts, the re-appointment of auditors RPG Chartered Accountants, and the re-appointment of director Bela Lendvai-Lintner, were approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The resolutions concerning the directors' authority to allot shares and empower them to generally allot relevant equity securities also passed with strong support, receiving over 97% of the votes cast.
