Iconic Labs PLC Exits from Administration

Iconic Labs PLC ("Iconic") is pleased to announce that both the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Court, and Companies House have confirmed and accepted the Joint Administrators' Final Report.

The administration has therefore ceased, and control of Iconic has been returned to the directors who will continue to implement the terms agreed to in the Company Voluntary Arrangement with all creditors.

Chief Executive Officer, Brad Taylor stated, "our priority now is to continue working with the Financial Conduct Authority to get the suspension of the company's shares lifted as soon as possible."
