Winners are chosen by an independent panel of industry professional judges, who review market position, operational and financial achievements, company culture and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors.\n\nHaving already been announced as one of America’s Best Large Employers in 2022 by Forbes, ICON has also been recognised as one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity for the second year running.
