ICON also confirmed that following the conclusion of the company's AGM, Joan Garahy retired as a non-executive director and announced that Anne Whitaker was appointed as a non-executive director.\n\n\nResults of AGM\n\n\nAll resolutions, which had all been recommended by the Board, were duly passed by shareholders.
