[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 24 March 2023\n \n \n \n \n \n \n FINTECH ASIA LIMITED\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n (\"Fintech Asia\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Half-Year Report\n \n \n \n \n \n Fintech Asia, (LON:FINA) a company established to acquire one or more companies or businesses in the financial technology sector, focused on improving the delivery and use of financial services in Asia, announces its unaudited half-yearly results for the six months ended 31 December 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n Post period end, on 14 March 2023, the Company announced that it has entered into a heads of terms to acquire the entire issued share capital of\n InvesCore Financial Group Pte.
