Change of Accounting Reference Date

Fintech Asia, (LON:FINA) announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 June to 31 December with immediate effect.  Going forward the annual and interim reports will be published each year for the 12 months to 31 December and 6 months to 30 June respectively.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, Fintech Asia's reporting timetable will be as follows:

·    Unaudited interim results for the 12 months to 30 June 2023 to be released by 30 September 2023;

·    Audited report and accounts for the 18 month period to 31 December 2023 published by 30 April 2024; and

·    Unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2024 to be released by 30 September 2024.
