The recompete contract has a value of $17 million and a term of nearly three years. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nICF will implement a suite of residential programs for one of the nation's largest counties, which are designed to bring millions of dollars in incentives to local communities to advance equitable, clean energy solutions.
