ICBS to reverse stock 10-1

New York, Montreal, March 29, 2011–  ICBS Ltd., (OTCPK: ICBT),)   , announced today that it intends to file an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to complete a 10-for-1 reverse stock split effective March 31, 2011.
