[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7477U Ibstock PLC 01 April 2019 \n\n1 April 2019\n \nIbstock plc (\"the Company\")\n \nPublication of the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019\n \nFurther to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 5 March 2019 (the \"Results Announcement\"), the Company announces that it has today published its full Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018.\n \nThe Company also announces that it has today posted copies of the documents listed below to shareholders:\n \n\n\n\n1.\n\n\n2018 Annual Report and Accounts\n\n\n\n\n2.\n\n\nNotice of Annual General Meeting 2019\n\n\n\n\n3.\n\n\nForm of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting 2019\n\n\n\n \nThe Annual General Meeting 2019 will be held at 11:00am Thursday 23 May 2019 at the offices of Ibstock plc, 54 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8HN.\n \nA copy of each of these documents has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm \n \nThe 2018 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 will also be accessible later today via the Company's website at www.ibstockplc.com/investors\n \nThe Appendix to this announcement is a supplement to the Results Announcement and should be read together with the Results Announcement.
