[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3520J Ibstock PLC 16 August 2019 \n\n16 August 2019\n \nIbstock plc \n('Ibstock' or the 'Company')\n \nChief Financial Officer Succession\n \nIbstock plc announces that, further to the announcement of its CFO succession plan on 6 February 2019, and following his appointment to the Ibstock Board on 1 August 2019, Chris McLeish will be appointed as CFO of the Company with effect from 31 August 2019, on completion of the handover period with retiring CFO, Kevin Sims.\n \nKevin Sims, having completed over 30 years' service with the Group, will retire from the Board on the same date. Kevin will continue to be available to the Group until the year end.\n \nJonathan Nicholls, Chairman, Ibstock, said: \n \n\"Kevin has played a vitally important role in Ibstock's success.
