The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 shares of Class A common stock.\n\n\nThe Company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of 3,250,000 shares of Class A common stock in the offering for general corporate purposes, including to repay outstanding indebtedness and to fund strategic acquisition opportunities.\n\n\nBofA Securities and Morgan Stanley & Co.
