Cease Trade Order
Hypower Fuel Inc.
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Hypower Fuel Inc. (HYPF) is a Delaware corporation with securities quoted on the
OTCPink tier of the OTC Markets platform. HYPF is an OTC reporting issuer under
Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets as
its business has been directed or administered from British Columbia since at least
July 1, 2012.
¶ 2 HYPF has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an
OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease
trading in HYPF’s securities until:
1. HYPF files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and
regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
