Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 6 September 2023.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing the admission of the 1,607,142 new Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will consist of 680,371,877 Ordinary Shares.
