Huntsman Corporation Appoints Amy Smedley as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced that Amy Smedley has joined the company as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary effective Jan. 5, 2026. Ms. Smedley will succeed Huntsman's current General Counsel, David Stryker, who is retiring.
