The delay is due to the timing of receipt of the Canadian Transportation Act, Investment Canada Act and competition regulatory clearances. The Company does not anticipate any issues in obtaining these clearances.\nHunting shareholders approved the disposal of Gibson Energy at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26 August 2008.
