Hunting PLC 23 April 2008 Hunting PLC Appointment of Finance Director Hunting PLC, the international energy services company, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 April 2008, Peter Rose was appointed Finance Director of the Company following the retirement of Dennis Clark. Peter Rose, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the Company since July 1997. He previously held senior financial positions with Babcock International having joined that company from PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also remains as Company Secretary. Dennis Clark, who retires today, has been with the Company since its formation in 1989. He has had a distinguished career, culminating in his active involvement in the remarkable growth of the Company over the past few years.
