Further to that announcement the Company confirms that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders and published on the Company's website at www.huntingplc.com:\n \n· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016\n· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017\n· Form of Proxy\n \nResolution 3 at the Annual General Meeting relates to shareholder approval for the exercise of discretion by the Remuneration Committee under the 2014 Hunting Performance Share Plan (the \"Plan\"). That resolution seeks approval to move from a Sterling basis to a local currency basis when measuring the Total Shareholder Return (\"TSR\") component in determining vesting of awards. Following consultation with shareholders, the Company announces that it no longer intends to seek shareholder approval for this resolution. Accordingly, TSR performance for awards under the Plan will continue to be measured on a Sterling basis unless and until any shareholder approval for the change is obtained in the future, and no shares will be received under the 2014 awards made under the Plan. \n \nCopies of the documents listed above can be obtained during normal business hours until M...
