Immotion Group, the UK-based immersive entertainment group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website ( https://immotion.co.uk/investors/#reports-documents ) .

The AGM is to be held at 2.00 p.m. on 30 June 2022 at St James Room 1, 116 Pall Mall, St James's, London SW1Y 5ED.
