Issuance of senior unsecured notes
HSBC Holdings plc has issued EUR1,250,000,000 of 3.608% Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due 2033 under its Debt Issuance Programme. These notes will be listed on the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
