Group Chair Succession
HSBC Holdings plc has appointed Brendan Nelson as Group Chair, effective immediately, following his tenure as interim Group Chair since October 1, 2025. Nelson, who joined the board in September 2023, brings extensive financial services experience from his time at KPMG and previous board roles.
