Admission is expected to occur at 8:00 am on or around 11 July 2025. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.\n\n \n\nTotal Voting Rights\n\nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will comprise 234,252,222 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 234,252,222.
