Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting as follows:Re-appointment of the current directors of the Company for the ensuing year: Chad Williams, Brian Briggs, Doug Eaton and John H. Hill;Appointment of Jones & O'Connell LLP as the auditors of the Company for the ensuing year, and authorizing the Company's directors to fix their remuneration; Re-approval of the 10% rolling stock option plan, in accordance with stock exchange rules; Approval of the amendment to the Articles of the Corporation to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of 1 new common share for every 5.7 old common shares of the Corporation, subject to TSX-V approval.
