It will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.\nThe Circular will also shortly be available to view or download in the 'Investor Centre' pages of the Company's website, www.homeretailgroup.com.\nThe transaction is subject to the approval of Home Retail Group shareholders and, accordingly, the Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 25 February 2016 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Stadium Way West, Milton Keynes, MK1 1ST.\nPrinted copies of the Circular, together with a form of proxy in respect of the general meeting, are today being posted by first class mail to shareholders who have elected to receive them.
