The Company’s basic and diluted earnings per share were both $0.21, respectively, for the three months ended June 30, 2024, compared to basic and diluted earnings per share of $0.42 and $0.40, respectively, for the three months ended June 30, 2023. The Company reported net income of $3.6 million for the year ended June 30, 2024, compared to $5.7 million for the year ended June 30, 2023. The Company’s basic and diluted earnings per share were both $1.18 for the year ended June 30, 2024 compared to $1.89 and $1.80, respectively, for the year ended June 30, 2023.
