The Company’s basic and diluted earnings per share were $0.57 and $0.55, respectively, for the three months ended December 31, 2022 compared to basic and diluted earnings per share of $0.36 and $0.34, respectively, for the three months ended December 31, 2021. The Company reported net income of $3.4 million for the six months ended December 31, 2022, compared to $2.5 million for the six months ended December 31, 2021. The Company’s basic and diluted earnings per share were $1.10 and $1.05, respectively, for the six months ended December 31, 2022 compared to $0.79 and $0.73, respectively, for the six months ended December 31, 2021. The Company reported the following during the six months ended December 31, 2022: Total loans receivable, net of allowance for loan losses for the six months ended December 31, 2022 increased $31.3 million, or 8.1%, to $419.2 million at December 31, 2022, compared to $387.9 million at June 30, 2022.The Company’s average interest rate spread was 3.70% for the six months ended December 31, 2022 compared to 2.99% for the six months ended December 31, 2021.The Company’s net interest margin was 3.91% for the six months ended December 31, 2022 compared to 3.15% for the six months ended December 31, 2021.Basic earnings per share increased $0.31, or 39.2%, from $0.79 for the six months ended December 31, 2021 compared to $1.10 for the six months ended December 31, 2022.Diluted earnings per share increased $0.32 or 43.8%, from $0.73 for the six months ended December 31, 2021 compared to $1.05 for the six months ended December 31, 2022.
