(Hollywall) signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with ASG Entertainment, Inc., creating a new film and television studio division, Aspire Hollywall (Aspire).  \n\nAspire is the faith, family and values-driven media content division of Hollywall, www.hollywall.com. Aspire co-produced the socially responsible entertainment film entitled \"Caged No More,\" http://www.cagednomoremovie.com, which opened in theaters earlier this year.
