Unlike cable and other linear television \n networks, OpenVision news and entertainment is delivered by a \n web-connected device, such as a computer, laptop, smartphones or \n tablets, such as an iPad.\n \n \n According to the terms of the acquisition, Hollywall will acquire all \n the assets of OpenVision in a cash and stock transaction, which will \n then become operated as HollyVision Inc.
