[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n_________________________________________________________________________________ \n \n29 August 2023\n \n \nHochschild confirms Board and Senior Management changes\n \n \nFurther to the announcement of 30 May 2023, Hochschild Mining PLC (\"Hochschild\" or the \"Company\") (LSE: HOC) (OTCQX: HCHDF) confirms that on 26 August 2023 (the \"Effective Date\"), Ignacio Bustamante stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and was succeeded by Eduardo Landin, who also joined the Board as an Executive Director on that date.
