[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n\n_________________________________________________________________________________ \n12 May 2023\n \nAdditional Listing & Voting Rights\n \nHochschild Mining PLC (the \"Company\") has made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority (\"FCA\") and the London Stock Exchange for 582,869 Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the \"New Shares\") to be admitted to the FCA Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
