(\"HLS\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: HLS), a pharmaceutical company focusing on central nervous system and cardiovascular markets, announces that\n \n Bill Wells\n \n , Executive Chair of the Board, has retired from the board and his executive duties at HLS effective\n \n May 23, 2022\n \n .
