Directorate changes

Hamilton, Bermuda - Anne MacDonald and Lynn Carter were recommended to shareholders for appointment as non-executive directors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held today and were each duly elected. Richard Gillingwater and Dr James King did not seek re-appointment and both retired as non-executive directors of the Company at the conclusion of the meeting.

At a Board meeting held immediately following the AGM Mr Daniel Healy was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr Healy will assume this role on an interim basis pending the appointment of a permanent successor. As previously announced, Mr Healy will also act as interim Senior Independent Director.
