[{"type":"text","content":"Shareholder update \n\nShareholders,\nI wanted to make a statement in response to the many many emails I have received. I apologize for the fact that I can not answer them all in a timely fashion, but I must put the company and its new potential subsidiaries first. I want to address the Caveat Emptor that is on our ticker, because most of the emails I receive are in reference to it.\n Let me start by saying that nothing has changed in regards to our status in the past two weeks. The process is underway and there is no real prescribed timeline that OTCMarkets can give. Once a company like HIRU becomes current in its information, OTCMarkets has to do a review. This review can be as short or as long as they feel necessary and we must all respect the position they are in. They must be absolutely sure that the company is not doing whatever caused it to receive the CE in the first place. \n Initially they asked that our attorney modify the Attorney Letter to include certain language. We did that. They then followed up in response to my query late last week saying they were still conducting their review and would be as swift as possible. I sent queries yesterday asking for a rough estimate on what our expectations should be for the CE is removed. I have not received an answer yet, which shows how very busy they must be. \n I will tell you all that there is absolutely no indication that the time it is taking to remove the CE has something to do with anything other than the OTCMarkets process. There has been no promotional activity, no investigations of individuals even remotely involved in the company, no questionable practices in at least the past 10 years, so Instead of becoming impatient, we should all take comfort that the gatekeepers are being diligent in assuring that there is nothing negative associated with HIRU. We really feel that our careers are at stake with this project and we plan to create an incredibly successful project here.
