Ownership\r\n of the tenements remains solely with D&B Mining.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nExploration permits in Tasmania follow a routine renewal cycle,\r\n and D&B Mining continues to maintain all tenements in good standing through\r\n timely lodgment and compliance with regulatory requirements.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIn 2024, AMEEREX secured a 50-year exclusive concession granting\r\n full exploration, development, and operational rights across the Balfour\r\n project area through 2074.
