The Transaction is subject to the approval of Hilton's shareholders, and accordingly, the Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of Hilton's shareholders, which is to be held at 10 a.m. on 6 November 2017 at 2 - 8 The Interchange, Latham Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 6YE. Shareholders may appoint a proxy by completing the form of proxy enclosed with the Circular. Alternatively, proxy appointments may be completed electronically. The procedures and timings for the appointment of a proxy are set out in the notes to the notice of the general meeting at the back of the Circular.\nThe Circular will be made available on Hilton's website www.hiltonfoodgroupplc.com and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
