(Nasdaq: HLMN) (the “Company” or “Hillman”), a leading provider of hardware products and merchandising solutions, announced that Jon Michael Adinolfi (“JMA”), Hillman’s current Chief Operating Officer, will transition to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer; and Doug Cahill, Hillman’s current Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the Role of Executive Chairman effective January 1, 2025.
