He will continue to serve on the Company´s Board of\nDirectors.\n \n \n \n \n Contemporaneously with Mr. Anderson´s transition,\nthrough a Letter Agreement the Company has engaged Dr. Leandro\nEchavarria to join Highlander Silver as Vice President Exploration.\nDr. Echavarria is an exploration geologist with 30 years´ experience\nacross the Americas, specialising in\n \n \n the\nconception and execution of discovery driven exploration programs\nbased on innovative concepts and ideas; from area selection to drill\ntarget definition. He has acquired expertise across all exploration\nstages from greenfields to brownfields and in-mine resource\ndefinition, having\n \n \n spent nine years with\nHochschild Mining Plc in senior roles such as South America Chief\nGeologist and Exploration Manager Mexico, and more recently as an\nindependent consultant. He was\n \n \n directly involved\nin the La Josefina greenfield discovery and San Jose mine start up\n(Argentina) and has successfully led resource expansions extending\nlife of mine at the Arcata, Caylloma and Ares mines (Peru).\n \n \n \n \n Nate Brewer, Director, has stepped down from the Board\nof Directors of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n Graeme Lyall, a Consulting Geologist with over 30\nyears’ experience in the metals exploration and mining sector will\nbe joining the Company´s Board.
