[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nLUNENBURG, NS, Jan. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - High Liner Foods Incorporated (TSX:\n HLF) (\"High Liner\" or \"the Company\") announced today that Mr. Paul\n Jewer will replace Mr. Kelly Nelson as CFO of High Liner Foods.  Mr.\n Nelson will retire from the Company following its annual general\n meeting this May and will work with Mr. Jewer until that time to ensure\n a smooth transition.\n\n\nMr. Jewer was most recently CFO with Sobeys Inc., a leading Canadian\n grocery and food distributor, where he was responsible for all\n financial functions of the company, including reporting, planning,\n treasury, tax and investor relations.  He is a Fellow Chartered\n Accountant (FCA) and began his career with Ernst & Young LLP providing\n audit, tax, valuation and business advisory services for a variety of\n clients in various business sectors.  Prior to joining Sobeys Inc. in\n 2003, he held a number of progressively senior finance positions in the\n technology sector.
