Standard and Poor's Dow Jones Canadian Index Services announced\n this addition on December 13, 2013, following their annual review of\n the S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats® Index.\n\n\n\"High Liner Foods has experienced significant growth over the last\n several years, allowing us to consistently increase our dividend since\n 2007,\" said Henry Demone, CEO.  \"Inclusion in this index recognizes our\n commitment to creating incremental value for our shareholders and\n should increase our exposure to a broader range of potential\n investors.\"\n\n\nThe S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats® Index is designed to measure\n the performance of S&P Broad Market Index (BMI) Canada constituents\n which have followed a managed-dividends policy of consistently\n increasing dividends. Criteria for addition to this index include the\n security has increased ordinary cash dividends every year for five\n years, but can maintain the same dividend for a maximum of two\n consecutive years within that five year period.
