Approved the Name change of the Company and allowed for filing and submitting the requisite e-Form 'RUN' with the Registrar of Companies for name reservation.2. Approve for the addition of clause in main objects because name change of the Company in order to align with the brand identity of the Promoter Company i.e. 'M/s. Nicoindia Consultancy LLP' and to bring uniformity and better recognition within the group.You are requested to take the above information on records.
