[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n1 December 2023\n \n Hercules Site Services plc \n(\"Hercules\" or the \"Company\")\n \nCompletion of Acquisition and Total Voting Rights\n \nHercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, is pleased to announce that, following the admission of 994,431 ordinary shares (the \"Consideration Shares\") to trading on AIM today, the acquisition of Future Build Recruitment Ltd, announced on 30 November 2023, has now completed.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nIn conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company's issued share capital consists of 63,422,415 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each with full voting rights.
