Laskawy, Lead Director for Henry Schein said,\n\n\n“We are pleased with the progress we have made in our search for Henry Schein’s next CEO. The search process is nearing completion but will not be finalized before year-end. We have evaluated a pool of highly qualified candidates, and the level of interest and caliber of talent have been exceptional.\n\n\nWe expect to make a final decision on a candidate and formal announcement regarding the appointment to the role by mid-January. In the meantime, at the Board’s request Stanley Bergman will continue in his role of CEO & Chairman of Henry Schein.”\n\n\nMr. Bergman commented:\n\n\n“The Board has engaged in a thoughtful and thorough search process.
