[{"type":"text","content":"\n Boot(Henry) PLC\n29 September 2006\n\n\nHenry Boot PLC: Sale of Shares by Pension Scheme\n\n \n\nThe Trustees of The Henry Boot Staff Pension & Life Assurance Scheme ('the\nScheme') have advised Henry Boot PLC ('the Company') that they have today sold\n100,000 Ordinary 10 pence Shares in the Company at a price of 905 pence per\nshare.
